Late Check-Out
Charged at IDR 55,000 per hour beyond the 11:00 check-out time.
Damages
Any damage caused by guests will be assessed and charged accordingly.

Villa Upgrades
Room type upgrades must be confirmed directly with our reservations team before arrival.
Noise Policy
Please keep music at a considerate volume so as not to disturb other guests across the estate.

7 days prior notice
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival date. Requests made within 7 days cannot be accommodated.
Non-refundable
All reservations are non-refundable. We recommend arranging travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
